Every Genoo account has a Genoo Specialist that you can phone, email, and work with to answer any questions you have.

We also have a full Help & Support Customer Portal where you can post support tickets, access User Guides, Video Tutorials, and other online marketing resources that will help you with strategy and implementation ideas.

We know you’ll have questions as you move forward, and while we have excellent support resources and tutorials, sometimes it makes a big difference to be able to get someone on the phone or a web conference and get pointed in the right direction, so you don’t spin your wheels.

Our job is to make sure you can use Genoo to the fullest, and create marketing strategies that grow your business.

Support emails go to a special inbox that is monitored by a team of people, ready to help with questions or technical support when needed.
